摘要: Various surgical techniques are used to treat the carpal tunnel syndrome. Besides endoscopic technique, "open-standard-technique" and "Millesi technique" very common. The success complication rate of all these discussed controversially. However, aim current prospective study was investigate various open find most successful method with least complications. Therefore, 64 patients (20 male, 44 female) were examined after surgery. 23 operated an "Open-Standard-Technique" (OST) including long incision, 22 treated according "Millesi-Technique", 19 "Short-Incision-Technique" (SIT). All evaluated using a prospectively designed examination check-list. Comparing techniques, OST SIT yielded best results regard complications, seems be technique.
