摘要: Patients who undergo open carpal tunnel surgery frequently complain of the postoperative cosmetic appearance at site incision on palm. This problem occurs as a result excessive scar formation, and long incision. A double mini skin incision, each 1 cm long, was used in surgical treatment syndrome. The transverse ligament easily sectioned. Postoperatively healing good with no formation.
