摘要: Abstract A molecular dynamics study has been performed to investigate the role of point defects in volumetric swelling and elastic modulus irradiated 3C-SiC low intermediate temperature regime. It is found that different kinds have distinctive effects on Young’s modulus. The vacancies negligible influence while significant However, value change due formation other vary with defect concentration exponentially which we are interested.
