摘要: The majority of biological processes are mediated via protein–protein interactions. Determination residues participating in such interactions improves our understanding molecular mechanisms and facilitates the development therapeutics. Experimental approaches to identifying interacting residues, as mutagenesis, costly time-consuming thus, computational methods for this purpose could streamline conventional pipelines. Here we review field protein interface prediction. We make a distinction between which address proteins general those targeted at antibodies, owing radically different binding mechanism antibodies. organize multitude currently available hierarchically based on required input prediction principles provide an overview field.
