摘要: Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is the most common malignancy of bone marrow with a high mortality. Recent advances in high-throughput sequencing have led to identification various miRNAs implicated pathogenesis AML. We found this study that miR-650, miRNA was traditionally considered participate onset hepatocellular carcinoma, might play significant role AML development and progression. Methods: qRT-PCR used detect expression miR-650 Gfi1 patients healthy controls. Next, luciferase assay conducted verify target effect on Gfi1.
