摘要: Myeloid malignancies, including myelodysplastic syndromes and acute myeloid leukemia, are clonal diseases arising in hematopoietic stem or progenitor cells. In recent years, microRNA (miRNA) expression profiling studies have revealed close associations of miRNAs with cytogenetic molecular subtypes as well outcome prognosis patients. However, the roles miRNA deregulation pathogenesis malignancies how they cooperate protein-coding gene variants pathological mechanisms leading to not yet been fully understood. this review, we focus on insights into role development progression malignant discuss prospect that may serve a potential therapeutic target for leukemia.
