摘要: F1 mice with chronic GVH disease were studied to investigate the hypothesis that non-specific stimulation of helper T cells, such as might be seen in graft-versus-host (GVH) disease, results autoantibody production. Antinuclear antibody (ANA) was detected significantly more frequently than control animals. The antigenic specificities ANA indicate it is host origin and, since reacts syngeneic nuclei, can considered a true autoantibody. pattern development, intensity, prevalence and sex distribution reactions differed notably experiments A × CBA F1s compared those C57B1/6 BALB/c suggesting these parameters formation are influenced by genotype animal disease.
