摘要: Background AP-2δ is the most divergent member of Activating Protein-2 (TFAP2) family transcription factors. AP-2δ restricted to specific regions CNS, including a subset ganglion cells in retina. Retinal (RGCs), only output neurons retina, are responsible for transmitting visual signal brain.
