摘要: There is currently much interest in identifying and mitigating gender inequity within medicine, the greater workforce society as a whole. We provide an evidence-based review of current historical trends diversity RO physician identify potential barriers to inclusion training, professional development, career advancement. Next, we move actionable items, addressing methods mitigate bias, harassment, other impediments productivity characterizing leadership lessons imperatives for departmental, institutional, organizational leaders.
