摘要: Abstract Psychophysiological insomnia (PI) is a common sleep disorder in which numerous variables interact. The mechanisms responsible for the etiology and maintenance of PI, though far from completely understood, point to existence hyperarousal several systems. frequent occurrence ruminations worries with self-referential component (related or not complaints) during pre-sleep period, daytime wakefulness, seems relate functions have been associated default-mode network (DMN) activity. This neural be involved introspective thinking as well emotional episodic memory processing, among others. In this paper, we propose that PI may conceptualized overactivity some brain areas DMN. Accordingly, it also suggested cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-I), kind non-pharmacological treatment, alter function network, improving symptoms patients, overall quality life.
