摘要: Abstract Objectives To explore the feasibility and efficacy of web-based mindfulness training for carers people with spinal cord injury (SCI). Design Randomized controlled study 3-month follow-up. Setting Community setting. Participants Spouses or family caregivers (N=55) SCI chronic neuropathic pain were recruited via direct care team advertisements. older than 18 years (no upper age limit), Internet access duration study. randomly allocated to an 8-week online intervention (n=28), receive 8 weeks psychoeducational materials on (n=27). Interventions An established web-based, course was delivered over weeks. completed 10 minutes practices, twice per day, 6 days week, totaling 960 minutes. The control group received a weekly e-mail (based elements) Main Outcome Measure Depression severity. Results Mindfulness reduced depression severity more psychoeducation at T2 (mean difference= −.891; 95% confidence interval,−1.48 −.30) T3 difference=−1.96; interval, −2.94 −.97). also anxiety difference=−.888; −1.40 −.38) difference=−2.44; −3.20 −1.69). Conclusions indicate that Internet-delivered offers unique benefits is viable pain. Further work should combined education incorporating both patient caregiver, optimum benefit.
