摘要: Enterprise social networking (ESN) is widely used to facilitate employees’ communication and collaboration in today’s competitive business environment. However, the underlying mechanism through which ESN improves team performance not clear. To address this gap, we propose that use may affect building of transactive memory systems (TMS), turn influence performance. Specifically, differentiate task-oriented relationship-oriented try identify their differential on TMS. We plan conduct study China via a survey. This will help link research area TMS, extend our understanding about role ESN.
