摘要: Enterprise Social Networks (ESNs) have been receiving increasingly more attention in academia and practice over the past years. ESNs are implemented to improve collaboration among employees foster knowledge management by capturing tacit knowledge, other reasons. However, do not always fulfill companies’ expectations consequently companies question their investment. Due growing popularity of still unanswered questions how ultimately achieve ESN success, a number researchers started analyze phenomenon, leading steadily publications variety outlets. research groups accordance yet on what terminology use for given phenomenon. This shows that young field is development. To support future practice, we perform literature review answer three questions: first, which terms phenomenon were used term tends be accepted community recently.
