摘要: Whereas the use of Enterprise Social Networks (ESN) is a pervasive topic in research and practice, both parties are still struggling to come better understanding role impact ESN on knowledge-intensive corporate work. As part this phenomenon, employees who communicate their knowledge helping other users do daily work play decisive role. We need behaviour such value adding users. This prerequisite, for example, support hubs or enabling more effective internal information sharing. Against background, we investigate structural characteristics using qualitative text analysis Network Analysis. Based large scale dataset global consulting company Yammer.com analyse social relationships confirm significant position draw conclusions practice.
