摘要: Immunization with cancer cells is of great demand in anti-cancer therapy. However, current cellular vaccines are inefficient and there questions regarding their overall safety. We report a simple straightforward approach for improving vaccines. Through treatment cell cultures purified protease, it possible to make preparations cell-surface antigens that free intracellular content contain two orders-of-magnitude less protein than the whole lysate an equivalent number cells. Despite this difference total content, protease-generated stimulate responses from immune better those stimulated themselves. The composition collected antigens, prior vaccination, can be directly compared antigenic profile target by proteomic footprinting. Any contaminates (cell parasites, viruses, toxins, prions, etc.) easily separated means ultrafiltration. Thus, may improved replacing isolated cellsurface antigens. Vaccines prepared manner potentially more qualified, purer, safer.
