摘要: Abstract The kinetics of NADH oxidation by 3 Dawson-type mixed heteropolyanions were studied in buffered aqueous pH = 7 medium, the stopped flow technique and UV-visible spectroscopy. log k was a linear function E 0 first redox systems with slope 16.5 V −1 . results indicate that, present case, proceeds multistep mechanism involving initial rate-limiting one-electron transfer. An estimate value for NADH/NADH +· couple has been obtained.
