摘要: Background During liver regeneration, the process of hepatic wound healing, a complex cascade inflammatory signals, recruit cells, stimulate hepatobiliary cell proliferation, direct migration and induce vascularization to restore tissue integrity, irrespective its etiology. This might also be case in cholangiopathies, which initial target is branch intrahepatic biliary tree; that is, primary cirrhosis. Previous studies about healing focused mainly on inducers compensatory proliferation following bile duct insult. Nevertheless, microenvironment around responses, turn affect remodeling, possibly by epithelial cells themselves via paracrine manner, still less known. Methods In this study, we defined humoral factors are released from human lines (HIBEC) with cytokine array, reviewed their relevance according previous published work. Results Conditioned medium HIBEC were revealed rich multiple cytokines chemokines, including ELR(+)CXC such as interleukin-8/CXCL8, growth-related oncoprotein (GRO), neutrophil chemoattractant (ENA-78), known chemoattractants wide range non-leukocytic activities. Subsequent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analyses confirmed secretion was commonly observed various culture conditions both an apical basolateral direction. Conclusions Considering some these had been already reported have autocrine mitogenic influence HIBEC, findings could further strengthen active role modulator through biological reactivity inflamed milieu.
