摘要: Interleukin (IL)-10-expressing B cells play a critical role in the immune homeostasis body; its regulation has not been fully understood. Micro-RNA (miR)-17-92 cluster strong immunity. This study tests hypothesis that miR-17-92 suppresses IL-10 expression cells. In this study, peripheral were collected from patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). The treated specific allergens, dust mite extracts, culture. expressions of and culture assessed by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. results showed levels miR-19a, but rest 5 members (miR-17, miR-18a, miR-19b, miR-20a, miR-92a), significantly higher AR as than healthy participants.
