摘要: Abstract The mechanisms and kinetics of nucleation growth indium oxide film on an in situ prepared metallic electrode was studied a borate buffer solution pH 10.0 using cyclic voltammetry chroanoamperometry techniques. It shown that the initial stage includes three-dimensional progressive process, combined with diffusion-controlled stable crystals. thermodynamic data obtained indicated strong tendency to form its surface aqueous solution. found rate-determining step process is diffusion electroactive species. rate constant, number active sites were calculated independently. between 2 15% act as centers, each site represents critical nucleus.
