Single colon metastasis from breast cancer: a clinical case report.

We here report case a 62-year-old woman who presented with bowel obstruction related to metastasis breast cancer occurring 12 years after mastectomy for lobular carcinoma. No other distant metastases were detected except two nodules 20 and 5 mm on right chest wall. Biopsy larger nodule showed The patient underwent hemicolectomy then received chemotherapy combined letrozole, resulting in partial response. literature revealed only few cases metastatic colon. Patients known cancer, particularly histological type, present specific or less abdominal symptoms signs such microcytic anemia, should be endoscopically explored order detect possible primary tumor.
