摘要: Abstract On the basis of light scattering and dye binding studies, palmityl-CoA forms micelles in aqueous solution which appear to have a critical micelle concentration 3 4 μM presence 0.01 M K+, an aggregation number around 1000. After chromatography on silicic acid, are larger more variable size. Micelle formation is also demonstrated by increase p K 's seen for adenine group (5.6–5.7) secondary phosphate (7.1–7.2) relative values CoA (4.0 6.3).
