摘要: The influence of cadmium on the retention a single dose iron after acute and subchronic treatment with was studied in normal rats. Additionally results were compared unexposed iron-deficient animals. Test solutions contained various molar ratios (Fe:Cd = 1:0, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:2 mumol/kg body weight). In experiments rats decreased dose-dependent manner by cadmium. studies diets fed during period (28 ppm) (28, 56, 112 same as did test solutions. After 4 weeks feeding cadmium-fortified diet, 59Fe increased all pretreated Iron cadmium-fed reduced, however, only if administered simultaneously. Cadmium appears to compete at transfer system. Acute or exposure not appear capability intestine adapt absorption requirement organism utilization for hemoglobin synthesis.
