摘要: Medical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) involves the discussion diet, lifestyle, and appropriate use antisecretory medications. Decreasing troublesome symptoms, augmenting quality life, reducing complications are primary goals medical treatment. Understanding pharmacology available agents their efficacy is paramount for effective intervention. Better understanding potential side effects proton pump inhibitors emerging requires understanding.
