摘要: The study of synapses is a major area research in the field neurobiology and neuropharmacology today. According to their function are considered by physiologists be either electrical or chemical (Fig. 1). have an excitatory inhibitory function. various nomenclatures as common basis connections between different systems, for example sensory-neuronal (Figs. 2, 3), interneuronal 1), neuromuscular, neuroglandular neurohumoral 4). Since synapse direct contact does not exist nerve cell effector system, Scharrer (1969 a) has suggested that term synapsoid connection should used instead synapses. Naturally most important neurochemistry differentiated according nature transmitter substances.
