摘要: The fate of H3-norepinephrine has been investigated after intravenous injection into animals. In cats, it distributes unequally in the various tissues examined; is selectively taken up and retained by heart, spleen adrenal gland. After administration H3-normetanephrine found all analyzed, but individual concentrations vary considerably; to a lesser extent than H3-norepinephrine, except skeletal muscle where more 2 hours minutes. In whole mouse disappears rapidly at first, then relatively slowly. accounts for most that early these experiments. The importance binding as mechanism inactivation circulating catecholamines emphasized, shown be quantitatively important norepinephrine epinephrine. Differences degree explain why slowly H3-epinephrine from blood tissues.
