摘要: This paper proposed an ultra low-voltage low-power all CMOS exponential V-I converter with tunable input and output ranges. The Taylor series expansion is used for realizing the characteristic. simulations, based on a 0.25 mum process, show 20 dB linear current range 15 dB-linear linearity error less than plusmn 0.5 at 1.25V supply voltage. average power consumption 80 muW
