摘要: Abstract The results are reported of a field trial which was designated to demonstrate the inocuity and efficacy purified inactivated rabies vaccine (PVRV), produced on Vero cells by Institut Merieux, Lyon, France in pre- postexposure treatment man. Four sex age matched groups veterinary students medical personnel received vaccine. given according WHO recommendations for regimens. 82 volunteers were divided into four vaccinated as follows. Group IA consisted 27 individuals, receiving injections days 0, 7 21. IB 29 injected 28 56. H 16 schedule vaccinations 3, 7, 14, 90. III 10 subjects, all whom had been previously immunized with various antirabies vaccines one single booster inoculation this Serum samples taken vaccination 14 later addition day 70 group IA. Neutralizing antibodies against virus determined rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test (RFFIT). In conclusion it can be stated that, regardless prophylactic immunization, three 0.5 ml inoculations PVR V result very high titres neutralizing individuals is sufficient raise amount level. Due purity product well tolerated vaccinees.
