摘要: This exploratory paper presents two British local governments in-depth case studies on the organisational determinants influencing Citizenship Relationship Management (CiRM). Eight main have emerged as a result of cross-case analysis. The CiRM implementation might be surface look similar to common CRM but they are fundamentally not. explained by overwhelming impact interpersonal dynamics process generated public. It can also concluded that there enormous amounts successful available in literature. These will always subjected where and how has been implemented it varies according what organisation.
