摘要: The preparation of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) biodegradable nanocapsules containing magnetite nanoparticles was studied through the modified multiple emulsion solvent evaporation method for magnetically controlled delivery anticancer drugs. morphology and size distribution prepared magnetite/PLGA were investigated by transmission scanning electron microscopy. micrographs showed that magnetic almost spherical in shape their mean diameter nanometer range with a narrow distribution. Fourier transform infrared ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy confirmed incorporation 5-FU molecules into PLGA matrix. content assessed thermogravimetric magnetometry analysis results 35 wt% high responsivity. Magnetometry measurements superparamagnetic properties saturation magnetization 13.7 emu g−1. Such could be considered as an appropriate choice drug targeting. Furthermore, influence some important processing parameters such concentration, initial loading poly(vinyl alcohol) concentration on content, encapsulation efficiency vitro release kinetics optimized. 4–7 60%–80%, respectively, demonstrated at 37 °C buffer solution. All samples exhibited burst stage this its close dependence formulation parameters. Copyright © 2012 Society Chemical Industry
