摘要: Two neuromodulatory techniques based on applying direct current (DC) non-invasively through the skin, transcranial cerebellar stimulation (tDCS) and transcutaneous spinal DCS, can induce prolonged functional changes consistent with a influence human cerebellum cord. In this article we review major experimental works tDCS tDCS, their preliminary clinical applications. Cerebellar modulates motor cortical inhibition, gait adaptation, behaviour, cognition (learning, language, memory, attention). Spinal influences ascending descending pathways, reflex excitability. anaesthetised mouse, DC applied under skin along entire cord may affect GABAergic glutamatergic systems. Preliminary studies in patients disorders, animals injuries, have reported beneficial effects. Overall available data show that are two novel approaches for inducing neuroplasticity cord, both new tools neuroscientists.
