摘要: With the increasing acceptability and use of catheterization ablation for ventricular tachycardia, detailed anatomic studies have been done to improve safety efficacy energy delivery in around critical cardiac structures [1–7]. More recently, fibrillation certain forms monomorphic tachycardia required either infrahisian conduction system or endocavitary structure, such as papillary muscle, false tendons, right moderator band [8–13]. In this review, we explain details structure structure–function relations tissue structures. We approach a single unit with routinely having rich network distal His-Purkinje system. addition, several commonly applied mapping maneuvers, including parahisian pacing pacemapping, rely on understanding anatomy active myocardium within cavity correct interpretation. Throughout text are interspersed boxes that tabulate summarize key pieces information invasive electrophysiologist.
