摘要: In this investigation the authors assessed what physicians do when planning for and delivering bad news to patients. Seventy-three responded a series of statements about behaviors, thoughts, feelings they might have had while preparing medically-related news. Data were also obtained how well thought transaction gone, much stress experienced, experience was like from patient's perspective. Physicians reported that these transactions only moderately stressful, with 18.1% 18.7% indicating preparation or delivery stress, respectively, above midpoint on scale. Slightly over 42% sample indicated experienced lasted several hours three more days. Thirty-six delivery-related typical (with endorsement rates at least 80% in given direction) one two recall groups.
