摘要: Most Continental European labour markets and welfare states have experienced a substantial transformation. Germany is case in point as it exhibits increasing levels of employment growing share low pay non-standard work. The article claims that changes market institutions play major role, but industrial relations at the sectoral level individual firms' staffing practices are equally important. Regarding institutions, pattern found shows sequences reforms addressing margins contributing to dualization employment. This trend was reinforced by micro-level dynamics company practices, where we can observe reliance on mechanisms internal flexibility for skilled core workforce use types less specifically occupations, particular private service sector. Hence, adjustment German model only be understood taking into account interaction policy change actors' adaptive behaviour.
