摘要: This paper presents the results of audit on pesticide residues in cereal grains throughout Poland 2013. The number all samples was 380. Altogether 292 active substances plant protection products were checked audit. Qualitative and quantative analyses done according to Polish Standard PN-EN 15562:2008, using LC-MS/MS technique. methods (QuEChERS) is based extraction from a sample acetonitrile. In analyzed, 62 % them did not contain any residues, 34 contained such but below maximum residue limit, 3 over whereas 1 illegal substances. lowest amounts found coming fields with mixtures Avena grains, while highest Hordeum Triticum grains. most often fungicide residues. northern southern regions (Silesian, Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeships), much more common than other Poland.
