摘要: Abstract Beta-agonist compounds are widely used in human therapeutics because of bronchodilator or heart tonic properties; they also as growth promoters food-producing animals. Ractopamine is a forbidden molecule the EU, but registered an additive other countries such USA for pigs. Consequently, efficient analytical methods were developed to survey residues edible tissue and urine samples. This paper describes protocol based on powerful extraction purification process liquid chromatography–positive electrospray mass spectrometry identification method. A validation was performed according “DG SANCO 1805/2000” European decision. The obtained decision limit (CC α ) detection capability β low 10 30 ng/kg (ppt), respectively. method appeared very incurred samples, including porcine tissues (meat, liver, kidney), enriched β-agonist receptors (lung, retina), finally bovine
