摘要: This invention relates to methods and compositions for detecting a polymorphism in target nucleic acid sequence using isothermal amplification. More specifically, the present recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) or Nicking Extension Amplification Reaction (NEAR) detect single nucleotide polymorphisms sequence.
