摘要: The present invention provides a method of detecting genetic polymorphism in an individual or between individuals. comprises the following steps, (1) obtaining sample containing nucleic acid from individual; (2) contacting sample, under conditions which permit primer-initiated amplification and cleavage, with (i) primer suitable for initiating amplification, (ii) indicator system signal proportional to amount product, (iii) sequence specific cleavage agent; (3) measuring produced by against time.Cleavage product agent results inhibition rate accumulation comprising recognised relative not agent.
