摘要: The present invention relates to a method for detecting the presence of one or more methylation patterns. It comprises conversion nucleic acids and catalytic acid activity. Here, is characterized such that 5-methylcytosine remains unchanged while unmethylated cytosine converted into uracil another base, which can be distinguished from in its base-pairing behavior.
