摘要: A light-transmitting spinel sintered body for an infrared transmission window. The is produced by subjecting powders having a purity of 99.5% or more and specific surface area (BET value) 10 m²/g to hot pressing in vacuum at temperatures 1200 1700°C pressures 100 500 kg/cm², compact them density 95% the theoretical density, then isostatic pressure treatment 1,400 1,800°C kg/cm² more. gives linear transmission, sample thickness 2 mm more, average 65% visible near radiation 0.4 3 µm maximum 75% 5 µm.
