摘要: We introduce a computer program for the dynamic and flexible management of conserved subdivided populations. Using molecular marker data or pedigree information, software determines optimal contributions (i.e., number offspring) each individual, migrants, particular subpopulations involved in exchange individuals order to maintain largest level gene diversity whole population with desired control rate inbreeding. Restrictions can be introduced total mating pairs their contribution. A full genetic analysis is carried out. The contribution from subpopulation pool maximal also provided by program.
