摘要: Progress in clinical cancer chemotherapy is due mainly to the advent of controlled trials. However, using experimentally transplanted tumours, investigators were able identify all anticancer drugs that are effective human (Goldin et al., 1966). Nevertheless, no single transplantation tumour could simulate a specific cancer.
