摘要: This research was motivated by a desire to move decision making about health workforce planning from an anecdotal basis more evidence-based process. The principal outcome of this study is framework for the classification and prioritization workforces within New Zealand sector. developed validated using Delphi Method, decision-making methodology that uses expert opinion healthcare professionals. Findings suggest five key factors - service need, public profile, supply factors, operational flexibility, capacity are central framework.
