摘要: Total quality management (TQM) and by objectives (MBO) are underpinned the same three processes – participation in decision making, goal setting objective feedback. Research on effectiveness of is used as a foundation for evaluating influence each component process job satisfaction. Job satisfaction gains predicted from theories that underpin process. Evidence supports these predictions. When all combination with top commitment to programme implementation, gain should be greater than when any one itself, but less sum independent effects processes.
