摘要: Over the last decade, pivotal role of trauma-induced coagulopathy has been described and principal drivers have identified. We hypothesized that increased knowledge on trauma would translate into a more cautious treatment, therefore, reduced overall incidence rate upon ER admission. Between 2002 2013, 61,212 patients derived from TraumaRegister DGU® had full record coagulation parameters were assessed for presence coagulopathy. Coagulopathy was defined by Quick’s value   50), 7%. Regardless injury severity, amount pre-hospital i.v.-fluids declined during observed period 51%. Simultaneously, morbidity mortality severely injured decrease. During 12 years observed, substantial decline observed. This paralleled significant decrease administered in treatment. The translated decreased transfusion requirements mortality. Nevertheless, especially most patients, posttraumatic remains frequent life-threatening syndrome.
