摘要: Due to the functions that estrogens play in regulation of reproduction, development mammary gland, growth and differentiation cells, estrogen receptors their genes are considered candidates for markers production functional traits farm animals, including cattle. In present study, on basis sequences human, ovine, porcine ER genes, available GenBank database, sets PCR primers were designed used amplify bovine ERalpha gene 5'-region. Seven overlapping fragments 5' region amplified then sequenced. Altogether, these composed 2853-bp sequence which was deposited database under accession no. AY340597. The sequenced fragment included noncoding exons A, B, C, putative promoters, a part coding exon 1. A polymorphism within gene-A/G transition, could be recognized with RFLP-BglI, lying upstream identified first time using this sequence.
