摘要: The design, synthesis, and functions of cavity structures have been paid much attention in supramolecular chemistry related nanotechnology. Not limited to simple inclusion phenomena, the manipulation are essential for stimuli-responsive functions. In addition, more advanced require regulation mutual interaction, cooperative actions harmonized between units. With this background, a novel concept nanoarchitectonics is explained here with recent research examples. initial parts highlight, molecular manipulations, mainly using modified cyclodextrins biomedical applications, exemplified. these examples, molecular-level architectonics (molecular decoration) small-scale used improve properties pharmaceutical applications cancer therapy. later part highlight introduces future challenges nanoarchitectonics. Based on designed constructions networks arrays, macroscopic mechanical motions can lead manipulations drug delivery capture. From manipulation, great potential possibilities demonstrated highlight.
