摘要: This paper presents a new architecture to implement an analogue continues-time band-pass filter (BPF) with tunable cutoff frequency by employing the log-domain principle for low voltage biosensor applications. The proposal is based on analytical description of MOS transistor models in subthreshold regime. fully-differential BPF implemented using two low-pass filters (LPFs) different time constants. Meanwhile, voltage-current converter good linear performance also integrated weak signal conditioning. All these blocks operate 0.5 V supply without degrading dynamic range and noise performance. core circuit occupies active area 0.032 mm2 180 nm standard CMOS process. Post-simulation results show that has wide frequencies, which can be tuned from 1 mHz 10 kHz. root-mean-square (RMS) input-referred current 87.8 pArms 1m Hz kHz, power consumption only 60 nW at single voltage.
