摘要: Objective: To review population-based studies on the association between common mental disorders and use of general (non-mental) health care services. Method: Literature search in Medline PsychLit databases. Only with a prospective design correction for somatic morbidity were included review. Results: On most level outcomes considered majority studies, associated higher service use. This tendency is not consistently reflected specific services, but materialized different patterns out-patient in-patient utilization, which vary from study to study. Findings elderly less clear-cut than other age groups. Conclusion: Mental are related global, aggregated level. These associations certain types services.
