摘要: Segmental spinal myoclonus rarely occurs in association with cord tumor. Only 3 cases have been reported children so far, mainly concerning astrocytomas of the thoracic cord. We report on a 2-year-old boy suffering from segmental involving upper limbs and harboring cervical The clinical electrophysiological features ruled out different origin (cortical, subcortical, propriospinal) other than types movement disorders. Neuroimaging histological examinations showed exceptional presence ganglioglioma as cause myoclonus. characteristics well possible etiopathogenesis differential diagnosis are discussed basis pertinent literature to add some more information about unusual between tumors
