摘要: Only 25% of patients presenting for allogeneic bone marrow transplantation will have a sibling who is an antigenically matched potential donor (1). The use alternative stem cell sources such as volunteer unrelated donors, mismatched related cord blood, and placental blood has increased to meet the demands imposed by limited number donors (2-4). As antigenic diversity between host increases, so does risk graft versus disease (GvHD) rejection. Manipulations cells reduce GvHD, T-cell depletion, lead rejection relapse among with malignancies (5-9). GvHD or increases from 20% high 60% over 70% (10-12). An important goal in extending range achieve immunologic balance T-cells produce stable donor-derived hematopoiesis post-transplant.
